Derm & Rejuvenation Institute in Santa Monica is looking for a polished, personable, sales-oriented Aesthetic Patient Consultant to join our team.

If you have experience working at a beauty counter, luxury skincare retailer, Sephora, Ulta, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Bluemercury, a medspa, or another customer-focused beauty environment—and you're ready for the next step in your career—we want to meet you.

Healthcare or dermatology experience is not required. Training is provided for the right candidate.

We are looking for someone who loves skincare, enjoys connecting with people, and is confident helping clients make decisions about products, memberships, and aesthetic treatments.

What You'll Learn & Do:
In this role, you'll receive training while building real-world experience in:
  • Medical-grade skincare consultation and sales.
  • Aesthetic treatment education.
  • Patient consultation and treatment conversion.
  • Membership sales and enrollment.
  • Following up with prospective and existing patients.
  • Helping patients understand treatment options.
