Position Summary:
Marcella Golf Course is seeking a friendly, reliable, and safety-conscious Shuttle Driver to transport members and guests to and from the golf course and designated pickup/drop-off points within the property or surrounding area. This role is essential in providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all members.
Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate the shuttle vehicle in accordance with all traffic laws and company policies.
  • Transport members and guests between designated locations, including lodging, parking areas, and the golf course.
  • Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and golf equipment as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper operation of the shuttle vehicle; report any issues or maintenance needs promptly.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including friendly greetings and answering basic inquiries about the golf course or property.
  • Communicate with the Golf Operations or Guest Services team regarding schedules, member needs, or service issues.
  • Follow daily driving schedules and adjust routes as needed for weather, traffic, or special events.
  • Ensure all passengers are accounted for and that safety procedures are followed at all times.

Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Previous driving or transportation experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with loading/unloading equipment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and customer service-oriented.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
