About the Position:

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for providing safe, timely, and courteous transportation for guests within Treetops Resort. This role involves operating resort vehicles to shuttle guests between lodging, dining, recreational areas, and parking lots. The ideal candidate has a clean driving record, excellent customer service skills, and flexibility to work weekends and holiday weeks.

Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate resort shuttles and other vehicles to transport guests to and from designated locations.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting guests with boarding, luggage, and answering questions about resort amenities and activities.

  • Adhere to the resort's shuttle schedule, ensuring timely pick-ups and drop-offs.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of shuttle vehicles, performing daily vehicle checks and reporting any maintenance issues to management.

  • Monitor weather and road conditions, adjusting routes or schedules as necessary to ensure guest safety.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience.

  • Assist with special event transportation needs as required.

  • Follow all safety protocols, traffic laws, and resort policies while operating vehicles.

  • Report any guest concerns, accidents, or incidents promptly to the Guest Services Manager.

  • Other duties as needed.

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Previous experience in a driving or transportation role is preferred.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

  • Ability to work Thursday through Sunday with flexibility for additional shifts specifically for holiday weeks if needed.

  • Ability to operate large vehicles safely in varying weather conditions, including snow and ice.

  • Reliable and punctual, with strong attention to safety and detail.

  • Physical ability to assist guests with luggage and other items as needed.
