Sign-On Bonus Clause:Employee will receive anend of season bonus of $500, payable upon successful completion of the winter season. The bonus will be paidfollowingthe end of the season, provided the employee has fulfilled all contractual obligations andremainsin goodstanding.

JOB SUMMARY

As a Guest Shuttle Driver at Crystal Mountain, you will transport guests safely and efficiently between parking areas and the resort base using resort-provided buses. This position requires a valid CDL Class B with passenger endorsement and includes responsibility for conducting thorough pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation. Drivers must provide excellent guest service,maintaina professional demeanor, and help create a welcoming and smooth arrival experience for all visitors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Perform a daily pre/post trip inspection on the truck/trailer assigned to you. Must be able to complete level 1 maintenance on the vehicle suchas,replenishing oil, windshield wiper fluid, broken chains, and fuel when needed.

  • Turn in daily trip inspections to your supervisor or Parking/Transportation Manager so that equipmentneedingto be pulled out of service can be worked on or replaced by our vehicle maintenance team.

  • Obey the posted speed limit inside the Crystal Mountain Ski parking lots

  • Arrivetoeach shuttle collection point prior to a scheduled departure time.

  • Have strong abilities to manage passenger behavior for the safety of others and Crystal Mountain shuttle property while in transport.

  • Assure that all passengers are safely loaded, seated, and all items are secured either with the passenger or trailer prior to any departures.

  • Adhere to the passenger and load capacity for each shuttle trailer

  • Convey passengerstoand from predeterminedpick upanddrop offlocations fromeachparkinglotwithin the Crystal Mountain Ski Resort boundary.

  • Prior to departure,assure that all passengers disembark safely beforeleaving to your next drop off/ pick uplocation.

  • Communicate with your supervisor on departure timestoavoidedparking lotbackups.

  • Attendrequired safetymeetingandortraining as needed.

  • Engage with customers and have working knowledge of the area

  • Report general ordriver relatedincidents to your supervisor or Parking/Transportation Manager.

KNOWLEDGE,SKILLAND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS-

  • Strong ability to drive in all types of weather conditions

  • Adapt to daily route changes due tosnowpackorlargeamount of customer for a specific day

  • Ability to removeor shovel snow off boththe trailer and truck assigned to you

  • Conduct level 1 maintenanceona vehiclesuchas, addingairtotires,toppingoffoil or fuellevel, and replacing tire chains.

  • Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 20 pounds on an occasional basis.

  • Ability to work for extended periods of time sitting, bending, reaching, and speaking on a constant basis.

  • Ability to work for extended periods of time standing, walking, kneeling,pushingand pulling on an occasional basis.
