Your Impact

  • Actively participating in project deployment meetings and offering improvements/solutions
  • Experience working directly with GCโ€™s (general contractors) and subcontractors to assess potential problems and technical challenges and devise effective solutions.
  • Planning and managing team goals, project schedules, and incorporating new information as it arises.
  • Supervising ongoing projects and coordinating all team/partner members to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Managing project-related paperwork (forms), ensuring the accuracy and proper filing of all necessary materials.
  • Engaging in daily coordination meetings with GC regarding schedule, safety and issues.
  • Adhering to the allocated budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.

Your Education

  • High School Diploma, GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field (Preferred)
  • Safety-related credentials such as: NESC, OSHA, ANSI, certifications, etc. (Preferred)
  • BICSI RCDD Certified (Nice to have)
