Position Summary
The Residential Account Manager for Elizabethtown Gas's Union Division is responsible for growing residential customer conversions through proactive sales outreach, contractor engagement, and community involvement. This field-based role focuses on converting homes to natural gas and supporting customers through the conversion journey.
This position will require travel to other Elizabethtown Gas offices and may require work outside of normal business hours as needed for customer appointments.
Position Responsibilities:
Follow up on leads and develop effective relationships with current and prospectivecustomersleveraginglead-generating activities such as cold calling,door-to-doorsales, neighborhood/group presentationsas well as attendance at community events.
Build and foster a network of referral partnerships to create new opportunities for customer and revenuegrowthincluding relationships with HVAC contractors, real estate professionals, and other trade organizations.
Environmental Working Conditions
Frequently meet with contractors at construction sites with exposure to extreme temperatures, noiseatmospheric conditions such as dust, dampness, humidity
