Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Employee Relations Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. In this vital role, you will serve as a key point of contact for employee engagement, conflict resolution, and workplace communication. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with employment laws and promoting organizational growth through strategic employee relations initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence company culture, support talent management efforts, and enhance overall workforce satisfaction.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and workplace issues
  • Support conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, investigations, and employee counseling
  • Foster positive employee relations and a professional work environment
  • Coordinate employee recognition and retention initiatives
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide recommendations for improvement

Human Resources Administration

  • Manage onboarding, orientation, and new hire documentation
  • Schedule fingerprinting and create company photo IDs
  • Maintain uniform compliance and company roster
  • Maintain accurate personnel files and HR records
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Track employee certifications, licenses, and required training
  • Assist with policy development and implementation
  • Maintain attendance, corrective action, and termination records

Recruitment & Staffing

  • Screen applications and coordinate interviews
  • Post job openings and manage recruitment pipelines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with payroll systems preferred
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
