The lush 32-acre waterfront enclave is a home to the extraordinary luxury resort hosting 325 guest rooms, suites, and villas, plus an exclusive collection of 91 Private Resort Residences, 12 restaurants and lounges, a luxurious spa, curated pool options and a waterfront promenade with retail and dining. Every space is impeccably designed to both inspire and relax. All met with exceptional service and refined touches that result in truly extraordinary experiences. The Resort assembles over 600 diverse and talented Team Members to bring Pier Sixty-Six to life and create a new legacy by providing memorable experiences and stellar service to our guests and residents. We currently have an opportunity for a Marina Front Desk to join our Pier Sixty-Six Resort team! 

Responsibilities
  • Guest facing position that is responsible for providing a warm welcome to guests 
  • Answers phones, responds to emails and guest needs during their stay 
  • Makes reservations for marina guests 
  • Provides on-site customer service for residence, club members and transient marina guests as well as hotel guests  
  • Checks guests into or out of the marina, assigning slips according to availability or sizes of vessels (length, beam, and draft) needs 
  • Coordinates with dock attendants, parking and transportation, fuel attendants, and grounds team 
  • Processes payments, provides receipts to customers  
  • Coordinates and upsells fuel, waste removal, hotel amenities, and on-site restaurants  
  • Answers questions about the property or the surrounding area attractions.  
  • Opens and closes the marina office 
  • Reconciles fuel, funds and cash on a daily basis 
  • Reports fuel spills and respond to state for property documentation and tracking, attends annual fuel spill training  
  • Performs all other duties as assigned 
Qualifications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple demands 
  • Excellent verbal communication skills 
  • High degree of professionalism 
  • Must have a valid Florida driver's license and be eligible for coverage through a company's automobile insurance 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Must be physically able to do assigned work as outlined above 
  • Must be physically able to sit and use the computer for hours at a time 
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds 
  • Must be able to communicate in English effectively with other individuals 
  • Must be able to maintain good relations with employees, supervisors and the public 
  • Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
