    YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

    • You are the first point of contact for our customers - friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service
    • You confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services, turning every customer interaction into a special experience
    • You prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries, organized, service-oriented and always with a smile
    • You meet and exceed sales goals and maintain expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and all products

    YOUR SKILLS MATTER

    • You love sales and have proven upselling and closing skills - motivated by targets and customer contact
    • You have experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality
    • You are communicative and articulate in English
    • You are flexible, team-oriented and bring full energy to shift work, including weekends and holidays - whether full-time or part-time
