Job description

The Director of Inside Sales & Revenue Operations leads our high-performance inside sales organization, connecting customers nationwide with essential home services during the move-in process. These services include electricity, internet, TV, home warranty, and smart home security solutions. This Director role is strategic, data-driven, and focused on scaling conversion, revenue, and customer experience across multiple service verticals.
The ideal Director is a metrics-focused sales leader with a proven track record of growing inside sales teams, using analytics to drive decisions, and delivering results in fast-paced, partner-integrated environments.
This is a full-time, onsite Director position based in our corporate office in Farmers Branch, Texas.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the inside sales team to consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue goals.
  • Coach and motivate sales managers, team leads, and individual contributors through in-office leadership and performance reviews.
  • Partner with the VP of Sales to execute sales strategies that maximize lead utilization and salesperson productivity.
  • Create, optimize, and scale sales scripts, processes, and playbooks for consistency and growth.
  • Launch and manage new lead sources and product campaigns from rollout through performance analysis.
  • Analyze KPIs, conversion metrics, pipeline data, and campaign performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to improve call routing, lead quality, and sales efficiency.
  • Manage forecasting and pipeline reporting to ensure accuracy and accountability.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance aligned with company values.
  • Ensure compliance with partner agreements, regulatory standards, and data privacy requirements.
  • Drive innovation in sales technology and methodologies to improve the mover experience.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive inside sales leadership experience.
  • Proven success at the Director level managing and scaling high-volume inbound sales teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action.
  • Experience improving conversion rates, KPIs, and customer satisfaction through process optimization.
  • Background in home services, insurance, or other high-volume consumer sales environments preferred.
  • Experience working in partner-driven or affiliate-based sales models.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
