Car Wash Attendant

Since launching in September 2021, LUV Car Wash has been on a mission — and we're just getting started. In under five years, we've grown close to 90 locations across six states (CA, NV, FL, GA, PA, and NJ), and we're not slowing down.

Our mission is to become a top car wash company by growing our people, creating and maintaining strong operations, and living a culture of continuous improvement. General Summary of Duties

The Car Wash Attendant is responsible for guiding cars onto the tunnel conveyor, lightly scrubbing the fronts and backs of vehicles, assisting guests with transactions, and ensuring that the site is kept clean to provide a delightful experience for our guests.

Reports to: General Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Physical Demands

  • Occasional prolonged periods of walking/standing.
  • Work outside in varying weather conditions.
  • Standing for long periods of time during shift.
  • Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.

Essential Functions

  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
  • Safely loading vehicles onto the car wash conveyor.
  • Cleaning the tunnel and equipment.

Job holder must demonstrate current competencies applicable to the job position. Every employee is required to remain updated on company policies and affairs through appropriate sources, such as the internal employee website.

Requirements

  • Physical ability to move equipment and tools as needed.
  • Must be able to lift min 30 pounds.
  • Work in changing environments.
  • Stand full shift.
