- 1–3+ years in inside sales, lead generation, or high‑volume customer service.
- Strong phone and email communication; can build rapport quickly.
- Comfortable using CRM software and tools like Zoom / Microsoft Office.

- Organized, self‑motivated, and resilient with a busy pipeline and follow‑up workload.

What You’ll Do
- Respond to inbound leads and sales inquiries (calls, emails, website forms).
- Work in the CRM to track, prioritize, and follow up on incoming and in‑process sales leads.
- Make outbound calls and emails to generate new consignment opportunities and keep the pipeline full.
- Qualify prospects and hand off on‑site consultations to the Home Services team when appropriate.
- Help keep the sales calendar full by consistently moving leads to next steps.
- Handle light admin: scan and archive sale agreements, enter new customers, and update records.
- Partner with the Director of Sales and broader sales team to hit monthly goals and refine the sales process.
