What is a Six Sigma contract?

A Six Sigma contract refers to a professional agreement where an individual or firm is hired to implement Six Sigma methodologies within an organization, typically as a consultant or contractor. Six Sigma is a set of techniques and tools for process improvement aimed at reducing defects and increasing efficiency. Professionals working under a Six Sigma contract are often responsible for leading projects, training staff, and ensuring quality standards are met. These contracts can vary in length and scope depending on the organization's needs and the complexity of the projects.
