What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and manage a portfolio of Six Sigma and Lean improvement projects, delivering measurable gains in quality, cost, delivery, and efficiency

  • Design and deploy Six Sigma tools, systems, and standards that embed continuous improvement into daily operations

  • Apply DMAIC rigor to identify root causes, eliminate waste and variation, and sustain process improvements

  • Coach and mentor Green Belts, providing technical guidance, training, and project support

  • Partner with cross‑functional teams and leaders to align improvement work with business priorities

  • Translate data into insight, using statistical and analytical tools to guide fact‑based decisions
