Six Sigma is primarily considered a hard skill because it involves technical knowledge of process improvement methodologies, statistical tools, and certifications such as Green Belt or Black Belt. However, it also requires soft skills like problem-solving, teamwork, and communication to effectively implement projects. As a Six Sigma Analyst, both hard and soft skills are important for success.
