Job description

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Sitecore Developer to support the design, development, enhancement, migration, and maintenance of the organization's Sitecore digital experience platform. This individual will play a key role in developing enterprise web solutions, content management capabilities, personalization strategies, and AI-driven customer experiences while supporting large-scale Sitecore migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Sitecore development, platform migrations, digital experience management, and Sitecore AI functionality.

This role will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, marketing teams, application teams, and IT leadership to deliver scalable solutions that support customer engagement, content management, and digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and support Sitecore solutions across the enterprise. Lead and support Sitecore website migrations, platform upgrades, and modernization initiatives.

Develop and maintain Sitecore templates, components, renderings, workflows, and content structures. Configure and support Sitecore personalization, analytics, and AI-driven experience capabilities. Implement and optimize Sitecore AI functionality to enhance content recommendations, customer engagement, and digital experiences.

Develop and support integrations between Sitecore and enterprise applications using APIs, web services, and third-party integration platforms. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions within the Sitecore platform. Collaborate with marketing and business teams to deliver personalized and data-driven customer experiences.

Troubleshoot and resolve application, content management, personalization, and integration issues. Perform system upgrades, patch management, testing, deployment, and migration activities. Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, system specifications, and support procedures.

Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring system issues. Ensure platform security, compliance, governance, and performance standards are maintained. Provide production support and participate in on-call activities as needed.

Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience developing and supporting Sitecore solutions. Hands-on experience with Sitecore migration projects, including website migrations, upgrades, or platform modernization efforts. Strong experience with Sitecore content management, personalization, and site development.

Experience implementing and supporting Sitecore AI functionality and digital experience capabilities. Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework and/or .NET Core development. Experience developing integrations with enterprise applications and third-party systems

Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and web services. Strong knowledge of content management systems (CMS), digital experience platforms (DXP), and web application architecture. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and database query development.

Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications Sitecore Certification(s). Experience with Sitecore XP, XM, XM Cloud, or Headless implementations. Experience with Sitecore Content Hub and Sitecore Search.

Experience integrating Sitecore with CRM, Marketing Automation, eCommerce, or ERP platforms. Experience with Azure cloud services and cloud migration initiatives. Experience implementing personalization and customer journey optimization strategies.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control, and DevOps practices. Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Next.js. Experience supporting enterprise-scale digital experience platforms
