Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical design and development of Sitecore-based solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Architect scalable and efficient Sitecore implementations, including site structures, data templates, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Implement custom functionality, components, and modules using Sitecore best practices and recommended approaches.
  • Perform code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers to ensure the quality and integrity of the codebase.
  • Drive innovation and technical excellence by researching new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance our technical capabilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimizing performance and addressing security vulnerabilities as needed.
  • Work closely with project managers, designers, and QA engineers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions within budget and scope.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • 5 years of experience in web development, with a focus on the Sitecore platform preferred.
  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, and other relevant technologies preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Sitecore architecture, including layout and rendering, content management, personalization, and analytics.
  • Experience with Sitecore XP and other Sitecore modules and frameworks preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading technical teams and delivering complex Sitecore projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Sitecore certification(s) preferred.
Compensation 
Hourly Rate Range - $40-$60/ hr
