Job Description:
We are hiring for a Sitecore Lead developer to design, develop, and deliver software solutions on the .NET platform, utilizing Sitecore technology. The resource will be required to have an active hands-on experience on Sitecore and work closely with our clients & internal teams to deliver solutions that best leverage the capabilities of Sitecore. This position requires a focus on writing great code and a strong understanding of the project lifecycle and software development lifecycle. As a Sitecore Developer, you'll be expected to grow and develop not only our client's capabilities on Sitecore, but also internally mentor other developers to ensure delivery excellence.
Primary Skills - Expertise on Sitecore Version 8.2 or above, Workflows, DMS Rules, Template Management, Page, Renderings, Presentation and Tokens, Pipeline , ASP.NET framework, MVC, WCF, Web API, CSS, and javascript libraries .
Lead end-to-end (conception, solutioning, development and maintenance) implementation of solutions for the web platform using Sitecore CMS. Partner closely with technical leads, IT managers, business analysts, QA teams and solution architects to deliver high quality and high performing solutions. Expertise on Sitecore (Version 8.2 or above, Workflows, DMS Rules, Template Management, Page, Renderings, Presentation and Tokens, Pipeline).
6 to 8 years of development experience on the Sitecore MVC platform, must have in-depth knowledge of Content Management with strong technical hands on knowledge of Sitecore including best practices and features.
• Experience in analyzing and resolving performance issues with Sitecore CMS .Experience in working with .Net framework, JavaScript, CSS, and familiarity with best practices -
• Work closely with our clients and business partners (UX designers, content team, analytics team, product managers, etc.) to propose the design and implement system solutions.
• Hands-on development to high-quality standards using Microsoft technologies and JavaScript frameworks.
• Draft technical specifications, system architectures, development approaches, and testing solutions
• Work and collaborate with the extended team including offshore resources.
• Familiar with Sitecore application setup, front end, back end development, package deployment and admin activities.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks (Angular, React)
• Sitecore Certification preferred. CI/CD CI/CD, C#., and Restful services.
