Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Sitecore Fullstack Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Sitecore CMS along with full stack development skills to build innovative, scalable digital solutions for JetBlue Airways. You will collaborate with designers, business users, and external consultants to bring our digital vision to life within the Sitecore Enterprise CMS.
Responsibilities:
Sitecore CMS Design: Participate in design decisions for the Sitecore CMS environment.
Development & Configuration: Build reusable code and libraries for future use, ensuring efficient and maintainable web development.
UI/UX Implementation: Ensure technical feasibility and deliver engaging, user-friendly interfaces that meet design specifications.
Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and robust security.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate development efforts.
Quality Assurance: Plan, design, develop, test, edit, maintain, and document website look and flow.
Graphic Enhancement: Contribute to the design and supervision of digitized images and graphics to enhance site appearance.
Required Skills & Experience:
U.S. Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience working in the U.S. for U.S. companies.
Sitecore Expertise:
o 5+ years of hands-on experience with Sitecore CMS
o Proficiency with Sitecore versions 7, 8.2, and 9
o Must have experience with Sitecore Commerce Connect
Development Proficiency:
o Experience with Sitecore MVC web applications using .NET and C#
o Strong skills in CSS, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, JSON, and responsive web design
o Experience with web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3
o Experience with server-side CSS pre-processing platforms
o Familiarity with the Model View Controller (MVC) design pattern
Additional Technical Skills:
