Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Determine the best layout and templates/modules to use to accomplish project goals and objectives
  • Continually monitor and evaluate websites to create the best overall user experience through regular site audits that review content accuracy, site functionality, link integrity and consistency
  • Customize workflows, write quality documentation to support work, write unit and automated web tests to validate the system
  • Reliably estimate development time for key deliverables
  • Communicate effectively with client stakeholders and project team about deliverables, open issues and requirements
  • Lead end-to-end (conception, development, maintenance and evolution) implementation of digital solutions using Sitecore
  • Creates artifacts following FRB standards to document the proposed design
  • Coordinates with the project team to translate documented web/IA design, personas and user requirements into an optimally functioning website and interactive solutions (incorporating user-centered design, content navigation, responsive design and optimization best practices)
  • Performs design reviews, functional reviews, and code reviews for best practices in collaboration with ADP US digital team

Skills:
  • 7+ years working with SQL databases
  • 7+ years with MVC and Web Forms
  • Advance knowledge of C#.NET
  • Understands the use of CMS and use of page/data template, content types, Work flow, content authoring and approval process
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical problems with an application, web service, or database
  • Responsibilities may require evening and weekend work in response based on business needs
