Job Summary:

The Site Security Lead Oversees end to end security operations for assigned account, delivering high quality client service and proactive problem resolution. In this role, you will strengthen partnerships through service improvement and business expansion, while optimizing staffing, scheduling, and team performance. The Site Security Lead leads training initiatives and ensures operational excellence across all security functions.

Position Qualifications:

  • Must Be at Least 18 years of Age.

  • Ensures Delivery of High-Quality Customer Service.

  • Organized, Self-disciplined, Technologically Savvy, Compliant, and Communicates Timely and Effectively at all Levels.
  • Additional Qualifications May Be Specified and Receive Preference, Depending Upon the Nature of the Position.

Education/Experience:

  • Prior Security Management Experience Required.

  • Advanced Understanding of Physical Security Operations.

  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • 5+ years of Security Management/Law Enforcement Experience.

  • Or an Equivalent Combination of Education and Experience as Determined by the Company.

  • Additional Relevant Experience Can Be Substituted for the Required Education on the Basis of One Calendar Year of Experience for One Academic Year of Education.
