General Summary: Fulfilling the duties and responsibilities of this job requires strong organizational and communication skills. Candidates must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced warehouse/office environment.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Must possess general computer and office skills and warehouse practices.
  • Files and maintains all records as required.
  • Arranges for parts to be shipped to the factory or distributor or to be scrapped.
  • Must be highly motivated, energetic, and detail oriented.
  • Receive, inspect, sort and unpack incoming parts.
  • Keep an exact log of parts and make sure correct documents are included with parts being returned.
  • Interact with vendors about returned parts, authorizations and shipping arrangements.
  • Package and load parts for vendor pick up. Complete all shipping documents.
  • Keep an inventory and scrap parts not returning to vendors.
  • Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of workplace by following good housekeeping procedures.
Training and Experience: Selected individuals will be required to be certified within a set period of time to operate powered material handling equipment, ability to lift 75pounds repetitively for short periods of time. Must be 18 years of age to operate a forklift.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Self-motivated and ability to work without constant supervision. Must have excellent organizational skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Basic knowledge of warehouse procedures. Knowledge of spelling, grammar, and basic arithmetic. Ability to begin work at the start of designated shift.
Working Conditions: Warehouse work requires standing, walking on a concrete floor over 90% of the workday. Overall temperatures will reflect local weather conditions. Warehouse conditions are dusty. If operating a tow motor getting on and off the equipment will be necessary throughout the workday. This is a safety sensitive position.
Other Specialized Requirements: Ability to work flexible hour schedule including extended hours as required.
Successful completion of pre-employment screens is required and must be 18 years of age to operate forklift.

Work Environment:
Fast-paced environment where frequent interruptions may occur. Requires frequent bending, climbing, movement and lifting during physical loading/unloading of trucks and when stocking products.
