Job description

Reports To: Regional Director

Position Summary

The Operations Manager oversees daily operations, employee development, customer service,
compliance, and financial performance. This role leads local teams, supports strategic initiatives,
and ensures alignment with organizational goals and values.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily operations and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and support financial goals.
• Develop, coach, and support supervisors and employees.
• Drive recruitment, engagement, retention, and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor agreements, and regulations.
• Support quality improvement, safety, risk management, and disaster preparedness efforts.
• Participate in business development and strategic planning initiatives.
• Manage operational assets, including fleet and equipment.

Preferred Qualifications
• 3+ years of management experience
• 2+ years of EMS experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Current EMT or Paramedic license, or ability to obtain, preferred
