The Site Manager will oversee daily operations within the facilities management department, ensuring the smooth functioning of industrial and manufacturing processes at the Baltimore location. This role focuses on managing site activities effectively to support operational goals. Client Details The company operates in the industrial and manufacturing sector and is based in Baltimore. Description Manage and coordinate all site operations to meet production and service goals. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Monitor and maintain equipment to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. Oversee facility maintenance and ensure cleanliness standards are met. Collaborate with teams to improve processes and resolve operational challenges. Track and report on site performance metrics to management. Handle staffing needs, including scheduling and training site personnel. Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to support site operations.
