Want to be part of a diverse team where your work makes a real impact? If you're inspired by innovation that advances how people connect and transforms what's possible, you belong on #TeamBell.

You'll be part of guiding strategic vision and hands-on delivery of the business to drive our business forward and support groups and team members across the entire organization.

At Bell, your insights and experience will make an impact in bringing the best digital connections and next generation services to Canadians. Join us as we transform from a traditional telecommunications company to tech services and digital media leader.

About the Role

Every week brings new customer opportunities, tenant discussions, site development, power and connectivity requirements, government engagements, partnerships, CEO briefings, board updates, commercial agreements, investment priorities, and strategic trade-offs.

We are looking for a high-potential Strategy & Commercial Operations leader who can help drive AI Fabric's most important priorities forward with speed, precision, judgment, and ownership. This is not a traditional strategy or program management role. It is an ownership role for someone who can seek information, form recommendations, resolve obstacles, and create momentum.

You will help manage the operating rhythm behind AI Fabric's highest-priority work, turning complex inputs into clear priorities, decisions, action plans, and follow-through.

The role offers direct exposure to executive leadership, government engagement, customer strategy, commercial priorities, site development, strategic partnerships, and board-level decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy, Commercial Operations & Execution
Manage AI Fabric's operating rhythm, including priority trackers, dashboards, decision logs, executive follow-ups, escalation paths, and prioritization tools
Support leadership decisions on customer and tenant placement, site sequencing, capacity allocation, commercial trade-offs, and execution risk
Translate meetings, emails, stakeholder inputs, customer needs, site updates, and executive asks into clear action plans with owners, timing, risks, recommendations, and decisions required
Identify blockers, ownership gaps, execution risks, and drive practical resolution

Customer, Tenant & Site Prioritization
Build and maintain a clear operating view of customer and tenant opportunity funnels, including status, site fit, power dependencies, connectivity needs, owners, blockers, decisions required, and timing
Partner with Sales, Partnerships, Legal, Finance, Real Estate, Network, Connectivity, Operations, and AI Fabric leadership to accelerate opportunity progression
Support leadership discussions on capacity allocation, customer prioritization, site sequencing, commercial implications, readiness, risk, and strategic value

Executive Materials & Decision Support
Develop CEO briefings, board updates, government materials, stakeholder presentations, decision memos, and executive communications that clearly frame issues, risks, trade-offs, options, and recommendations
Ensure materials are accurate, polished, concise, strategically framed, and delivered with pace and discretion
Apply strong judgment on what should be included, simplified, escalated, or analyzed further

Governance, Delivery & Stakeholder Alignment
Create simple mechanisms that improve speed, clarity, accountability, and follow-through without adding unnecessary bureaucracy
Coordinate across Legal, Finance, Real Estate, Network, Connectivity, Government Relations, Communications, Sales, Strategy, Operations, and external partners
Build strong working relationships while maintaining urgency, accountability, and delivery discipline
Influence without formal authority and challenge assumptions constructively when decisions, risks, or accountabilities are unclear

Critical Qualifications

4-8 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, infrastructure, technology, telecommunications, or other high-performance environments
Proven success supporting senior leaders in fast-moving, ambiguous, and high-stakes situations
Exceptional execution, project management, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving complex initiatives and delivering practical solutions
Experience leading cross-functional programs, executive reporting, business-critical funnels, dashboards and strategic priorities
Ability to synthesize complexity into clear insights, recommendations, and actions
High accountability, ownership, judgment, and executive presence, with the confidence to make recommendations despite incomplete information
Excellent communication skills, including executive briefs, board materials, presentations, and decision memos; advanced PowerPoint and strong Excel skills
Curiosity, rapid learning ability, and enthusiasm for AI tools that improve productivity and decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to infrastructure, AI, telecommunications, energy, real estate, public policy, enterprise technology, network, connectivity, or commercial partnerships
Demonstrated interest in AI, digital infrastructure, national competitiveness, or large-scale business building
   Bilingualism in English and French

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
