Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day administrative and operational activities at our site. This role plays a key part in creating a positive employee experience by managing onboarding logistics, site services, and employee engagement initiatives.

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $26 – $30 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Badge Management

  • Create and distribute badges for new hires

  • Replace and troubleshoot missing or malfunctioning badges

  • Produce badges for contractors as needed

Locker Management

  • Assign lockers to new employees during orientation

  • Coordinate locker turnover with supervisors when employees separate

  • Maintain locker inventory and ensure availability for new hires

QPROPS & Service Anniversary Processing

  • Process and manage gift card transactions using automated systems

  • Distribute employee recognition rewards efficiently and accurately

Catering & Events Coordination

  • Coordinate catering orders for eligible meetings and team events (excluding L1)

  • Manage vendor communication, delivery, and setup

Orientation & Site Administration

  • Provide administrative support for bi-weekly new hire orientations

  • Coordinate lunches for orientation sessions

  • Support general site operations and administrative needs

Employee Engagement

  • Assist with Fun Committee initiatives and events

  • Coordinate “Fun Friday” activities

  • Manage and replenish site supplies (including setting up recurring orders)

  • Update communication boards and onsite messaging

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with basic office tools and systems

  • Previous administrative, coordinator, or site support experience preferred

Pay Details: $26.00 to $30.00 per hour
