At 4Front Engineered Solutions, safety isn't just a requirement-it's a core value and a shared responsibility. We're looking for a Regional Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager who is driven to protect people, strengthen culture, and make a real, lasting impact across our organization.
This is more than a compliance role. It's an opportunity to lead, influence, and shape the future EHS culture across multiple facilities-partnering with leadership teams, empowering employees, and championing EHS continuous improvement.
What You'll Do -

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to site and executive leadership
  • Drive injury prevention, risk reduction, and environmental stewardship
  • Oversee ISO 14001 and environmental compliance initiatives
  • Build strong safety cultures through training, engagement, and accountability
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations

What are we looking for -
  • A strategic EHS leader with 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • A relationship-builder who can influence at all levels-from the shop floor to senior leadership
  • Passionate about safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement
  • Experienced in multi-site EHS programs and ISO 14001 environments
  • Confident, hands-on, and ready to lead positive change

Why 4Front?
  • Opportunity to own and shape regional EHS strategy
  • Visible leadership role with real influence
  • Culture that values safety, accountability, and innovation
  • Organization committed to long-term environmental and employee well-being
