A little about the position:

  • The Administrative Assistant conducts the daily, weekly and seasonal administrative functions of the Ski and Snowboard School.

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills are a must.
  • Ability to work in a high pressure, multi-tasking, busy environment.
  • Must be flexible, positive, and able to work in a team environment
  • Strong social, verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • High School graduate.
  • Payroll/Timekeeping experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in Flaik, Siriusware systems, Workday or equivalent HR/resort management systems is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a Ski & Ride school environment is preferred.

Hourly pay rate: $20.00 to $25.00
