About This Role
As Associate Director, Digital Supply Chain - Enterprise Planning and Digital Transformation, you will shape and lead Carrier's supply chain planning capability strategy, driving digital transformation across planning, procurement, inventory, and fulfillment operations. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and technology execution - translating complex supply chain requirements into scalable digital solutions that improve service, reduce cost, and enable competitive advantage across Carrier's global factory network. You will serve as the connective tissue between supply chain operations and enterprise digital platforms, partnering with SIOP, Manufacturing, Materials, Operations, Procurement, and Digital stakeholders to deliver supply chain transformation that is measurable, scalable, and lasting. This role requires regular physical presence at one of Carrier's Distribution Centers or IT Hubs to maintain direct operational context, build trusted relationships with plant and operations leaders, and drive adoption at the facility level.
Job Description
  • Own digital product strategy, roadmap, governance, adoption, and value realization for supply chain planning capabilities, including enterprise planning and supply chain technology platforms.
  • Partner with SIOP, Manufacturing, Materials, Operations, and Digital stakeholders to align business priorities with technology investments and supply chain capability development.
  • Lead end-to-end supply chain process transformation across Made-to-Stock (MTS), Made-to-Order (MTO), and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) business & operating models, driving standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct business process and solution architecture assessments to identify opportunities that improve service, inventory performance, productivity, and operational effectiveness across the value chain.
  • Develop inventory optimization strategies, including MEIO (Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization), inventory segmentation, safety stock policies, and replenishment methodologies.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions through collaboration with technology and development teams, leveraging automation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Lead cross-functional transformation programs and strategic initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment, execution discipline, and achievement of business outcomes.
  • Drive complexity reduction initiatives, including SKU rationalization, portfolio optimization, planning parameter governance, and supply chain simplification efforts.
  • Develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, analytics, business cases, and benefit-tracking methodologies that support executive decision-making and value realization.
  • Partner with Master Data Management teams to improve data quality, governance, and accessibility across planning and operational systems.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business and digital leadership by providing strategic recommendations, identifying transformation opportunities, and helping define long-term business and technology priorities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, program management
  • 5+ years of experience in SIOP/IBP, demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and manufacturing processes.
  • 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional business transformation and technology initiatives.
  • 2+ years of experience with enterprise planning and ERP platforms (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP, or BlueYonder).

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions and drive adoption across stakeholder groups.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and executive presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead initiatives across business, operations, and technology organizations.

Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
Other Compensation
This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
