RSC2 is looking for two 35G Trainers to join our growing team in Fort Huachuca, AZ!
Requirements
Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop training programs, materials, and lesson plans that align with military standards and the latest advancements in geospatial intelligence.
  • Deliver classroom instruction, practical exercises, and field training on topics such as imagery analysis, geospatial data interpretation, and the use of GEOINT software and tools.
  • Evaluate trainee performance through tests, practical exercises, and feedback sessions. Identify areas for improvement and provide additional instruction as needed.
  • Utilize advanced simulation software and tools to create realistic training scenarios that replicate real-world geospatial intelligence operations.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in geospatial intelligence. Incorporate new information into training programs to ensure they remain current and effective.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, trainee progress, and program effectiveness. Prepare reports and recommendations for program enhancements.
  • Work closely with other trainers, subject matter experts, and military personnel to ensure comprehensive and cohesive training programs.
  • Ensure all training activities comply with military regulations, standards, and safety protocols.

Requirements:
  • Must have a TS/SCI or Interim TS clearance.
  • Must have 4 years of MOS operational experience as a 35G or 350G (or an equivalent specialty in another branch of service or other U.S. Government agency) conducting GEOINT intelligence operations in support of authorized intelligence activities as defined by AR 381-10 within the last ten years.
  • Experience working on the most recent automation tools-sets and systems applicable to GEOINT intelligence operations
  • Instruction and course development support for FMV exploitation, Imagery Derived Products (IDP's),
  • National imagery exploitation, Commercial or Remote Sensing exploitation, Joint Surveillance Target Acquisition Radar System (J-STARS)
  • Moving Target Indicator (MTI) exploitation, cross-cueing operations between all GEOINT sensor types, and FMV basic flight operations on Multiple User Simulation Environment (MUSE) systems.
  • Have completed a military leadership course (i.e. BLC, ALC, SLC, WOBC, WOAC, MIOBC, or MICCC).
