Job Summary:
Our client in Georgetown, KY is looking for an Innovation Lab Technician. This is a contract position.
What You Will Do:
Our Client is looking for a passionate and highly motivated TILT Technician
The primary responsibility of this role is the management, usage, and support of the equipment inside TILT lab, including preparation of daily team plans / job tracking, providing technician coaching, fostering good communications and problem-solving, support kaizens, ensure team safety, and standardized work adherence. as well as supporting TILT lab daily activities. Reporting to the TILT Manager, the person in this role will be responsible for sustaining the TILT environment to enable engineers across Our Client's organisation for its usage.
What you'll be doing:
  • Create and complete TILT work orders.
  • Identify time, material, and machine for project completion.
  • Constant learning of new technologies and tools.
  • Identify kaizen opportunities for the TILT lab in processes and equipment.
  • Part fabrication and tooling using different technologies.
  • Preventive maintenance plans for TILT Lab equipment.
  • Ensure 5s sustainment inside TILT lab.
  • Commonly work overtime, including weekends and holidays.
  • Lead effective written and verbal communication with TILT members, management, and outside groups regarding issues that require resolution.
