Job Context

The Customer Marketing Specialist cultivates enthusiastic customer advocates-mobilizing them to share their experiences through channels like Google, G2, and other key review platforms.

What You'll Do

  • The design and execute strategies that spark customer excitement and amplify our brand reputation, making it easy and rewarding for users to become vocal champions.

  • Develop and execute customer communication strategies.

  • Partner with teams to ensure consistent messaging across the customer journey.

  • Own the planning and execution of customer-specific events.

  • Manage sponsorship opportunities for customer and industry events.

  • Own and optimize the customer review strategy.

  • Launch campaigns to generate new customer reviews.

  • Collaborate to identify and develop customer advocates and case studies.

  • Experience with marketing and CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and G2, and a track record of executing B2B email marketing campaigns.
