Schedule: Full-time| Monday – Friday | 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Pay Range: $31.00/hr. to $36.00/hr. (non-exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.

As an AI & Adoption Coach, you are responsible for helping teams adopt, integrate, and effectively utilize AI-enabled tools, digital workflows, and operational improvements across the organization. This role partners closely with operational teams to improve productivity, simplify workflows, strengthen adoption of new technologies and processes, and support more efficient ways of working. The AI & Adoption Coach serves as a practical, hands-on partner helping team members build confidence, reduce friction, and successfully operationalize change.

As a AI & Adoption Coach, you will:

AI & Digital Adoption

  • Support adoption and practical use of AI-enabled tools, workflows, and digital solutions across teams. Coach team members on productivity, efficiency, and effective use of organizational technologies. Identify opportunities to simplify work, reduce manual effort, and improve team effectiveness. Reinforce practical, scalable, and responsible use of AI tools and digital workflows.

Team Coaching & Operational Support

  • Provide hands-on coaching and support to leaders and teams during implementation of new workflows, tools, and operational initiatives. Help teams improve workflow organization, prioritization, communication, and operational consistency. Support adoption of standardization ways of working across departments and teams. Serve as an approachable resource for operational problem-solving and workflow support.

Organizational Adoption & Change Enablement

  • Support operationalization of strategic initiatives, workflow improvements, and transformation efforts. Help teams adapt to organizational and new ways of working. Gather feedback, identify barriers to adoption, and communicate opportunities for improvement. Reinforce sustainable adoption practices and continuous improvement behaviors.

Workflow Improvement & Productivity

  • Observe workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce friction. Partner with teams to strengthen operational effectiveness and simplify processes. Support implementation of workflow improvements and productivity-focused practices. Promote scalable and repeatable operational habits across teams.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Support alignment between organizational initiatives and frontline implementation. Help bridge communication gaps between technical solutions and operational teams. Contribute to a culture of innovation, adaptability, learning, and operational excellence.

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and support practical implementation.

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
  • Ability to pass state mandated background checks.
  • Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with team members, residents, and community partners.
