Job description

The Principal Analyst plays a central role in helping datacenterHawk clients understand data center real estate activity within their assigned region. This position combines deep market expertise, strong communication skills, and leadership to deliver meaningful insights and strengthen relationships across the industry.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Conduct 15-25 quarterly calls with data center providers to exchange market intelligence.
  • Serve as a market expert by participating in podcasts, articles, webinars, and live content.
  • Provide top clients with informal commentary, market overviews, and customized reports.
  • Deliver quarterly market reports to Regional Directors with clear insights and analysis.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of regional market dynamics, challenges, and trends.
  • Lead and execute consulting engagements, client presentations, and project delivery.
  • This is an individual contributor role but there is an expectation for mentoring other analysts through job shadowing, coaching, and 1:1 development.
