  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant post-secondary education preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of mortgage and loan processes is an asset.
  • Familiarity with Simplifile or similar document management systems.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.

  • Assist in mortgage discharge for paid-in-full loans, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Generate and review monthly reports for zeroed loans, including investors.
  • Manage re-assignments and releases for fee-based investors on a monthly basis.
  • Process land deal releases and satisfactions.
  • Upload releases and re-assignments to Simplifile and ensure data accuracy.
  • Enter data for recorded releases and re-assignments.
  • Queue and mail prom notes to customers as required.
  • Handle REO loan and equity trade releases efficiently.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned by the team lead or manager.
  • Notarize Documents.
  • Research online County records.
