* Preparing complete and accurate estimates for fire alarm system installations, upgrades, and renovations.
* Reading and interpreting blueprints, shop drawings, riser diagrams, specifications, and code requirements.
* Preparing comprehensive scopes of work for estimates and proposals.
* Utilizing estimating software to develop accurate and competitive project pricing.
* Coordinating with project managers, engineers, vendors, and clients throughout the bidding process.
* Managing multiple bid opportunities and meeting strict proposal deadlines.
* Assisting with design build opportunities, conceptual budgeting, and pre construction planning as required.
