Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clientsโ€™ mental health status, needs, and treatment goals.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' unique therapeutic journeys.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address issues related to substance use, trauma, anxiety, depression, and co-occurring disorders.
  • Provide regular follow-up sessions via video conferencing to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Document sessions accurately in accordance with compliance regulations using the Simple Practice system.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to collaborate on best practices and share insights regarding client care.
Patient Population / Client Focus
