Job description

Business System Analyst (Top Secret Required)

SiloSmashers is seeking a Business System Analyst to support our federal law enforcement client with business support.

Minimum of 5 years' experience recommended. In absence of years of experience, certifications or past work may be used to show the level of experience needed to perform at this level.

A minimum of 5+ years of experience is required for this position. In lieu of experience, industry recognized certifications can be substituted (e.g., Six Sigma Belts, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, ITIL Foundations, BPM Certification, CBPP, CBAP, CSM, CBPA, TOGAF, ACP).

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, information systems, or related field; or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of experience as a business systems analyst, product analyst, or similar role in a technical or mission-driven environment. Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, or similar for documentation and collaboration. Strong understanding of the NIST RMF processes and cybersecurity programs and federal governance.
