What You'll Do

As a Journeyman Sign Electrician, you'll bring your licensing and hands-on skills to a wide variety of installs. Everything from LED channel letters to high-rise pylon signs. You'll work directly with our install and fabrication teams to power signage projects that make a big impression.

  • Install and service illuminated signage safely and accurately
  • Troubleshoot and repair components in field settings
  • Read plans, wiring diagrams, and specifications
  • Work outdoors in all weather and at height
  • Travel to local and regional job sites (no cross-country travel)


What You Bring

Required:

  • A valid Washington or Oregon State 04 or 01 Electrician License- or 4,000+ hours of documented sign electrician experience outside WA/OR (we'll help you get state licensing)
  • The ability to operate and work on lifts at height
  • A valid driver's license, clean driving record and strong safety mindset
  • A safety-first attitude and commitment to quality work
  • Willingness to work outdoors and in varied conditions


Preferred (but not required):

  • CDL
  • Welding or crane certifications (or interest in earning them)
