Join Our Team as a Production and Design Specialist at Signarama!
At Signarama, the world's leading sign franchise, we are looking for a dedicated Production and Design Specialist to join our vibrant team. This role involves designing, producing, and installing high-quality signage while providing excellent service. You will use software, hand tools, and production machines to craft all types of signs and products. If you enjoy creative work and hands-on tasks, this position is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Mastery: Craft various types of signs including vinyl, digital, and exterior products using advanced tools.
  • Production: In House Production, mostly vinyl and associated Substrate
  • Technical Proficiency: Efficiently operate production equipment such as Printers, laminators, plotters, panel saws, and trimmers.
  • Customer Interaction: Represent our brand professionally both in-store and during on-site installations, ensuring a great customer experience.
  • Maintenance and Organization: Keep equipment in top condition and maintain a neat workspace.
  • Community Engagement: Travel locally to assess sites, provide estimates, and perform installations.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure seamless production processes.

Professional Growth:

Qualifications:
  • Must have at least 1year professional experience working in a sign shop handling design & production (Particularly working with Vinyl)
  • Comfortable with computers and eager to learn new design and POS software
  • Strong mathematical and spelling skills
  • Proficiently use measurement tools
  • Physically fit to handle manual tasks including lifting over 80 lbs and climbing ladders

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
