Job description

We're a fast-growing sign shop seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our production team and keep projects moving smoothly from design approval through to installation. If you're organized, hands-on, and know the sign industry, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do
  • Manage day-to-day sign production operations
  • Schedule and prioritize jobs to meet deadlines
  • Oversee fabrication, printing, finishing, and prep for installation
  • Lead, train, and motivate production staff
  • Coordinate with sales, design, and installation teams
  • Maintain quality control and ensure specs are met
  • Manage materials, inventory, and equipment maintenance
  • Enforce safety standards and shop procedures
