Account Manager – Signs & Graphics

Stafford Custom Graphics | Jonesborough, TN

Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Base Pay + Commission + Company Profit Sharing

Stafford Custom Graphics is looking for an exceptional Account Manager to join our team.

This is a customer-focused sales and project management position. The account manager will work with established customers as well as new ones who call, email, or walk into our shop. If you enjoy working with people, keeping complicated projects organized, solving problems and seeing a project go from an idea to a finished product, this may be a fit.


Responsibilities

·        Manage and grow relationships with established customers

·        Learn our products and help customers choose the right solutions

·        Prepare estimates and follow up on outstanding quotes and customer requests

·        Manage projects from the initial conversation through completion

·        Coordinate with design, production, installation, and billing

·        Track deadlines, schedule work, and keep customers informed about their projects

·        Initiate and manage material orders with vendors

·        Visit customer locations in the Tri-Cities area to plan projects and document site

·        Handle problems, changes and unexpected situations that are part of custom work

·        Occasionally pitch in and help our installation team when needed


What we’re looking for

The ideal candidate is:

·        Highly organized and manages multiple projects and deadlines at the same time

·        Personable, professional and comfortable dealing with all types of customers

·        Motivated to serve customers and build long-term relationships

·        An excellent and timely communicator (both written and verbal)

·        Detail-oriented and able to document customer requirements clearly

·        A quick problem-solver

·        Comfortable learning sign and graphics products and pricing

·        Able to work independently while also working closely with a small team



Qualifications:

Sign and graphics experience not required. At least three years’ experience in account management, customer service, commercial printing, construction, building materials, project coordination, promotional products or another custom-product business would be helpful. We want someone with demonstrated reliability and stability with previous employers. and who communicates professionally and promptly, stays organized and follows through on commitments.


Compensation & Benefits

·        Base pay plus commission. 

·        Expected compensation from $40,000 to $60,000+ depending on experience and sales

·        Participation in our profit-sharing bonus program
