This is a Hybrid position, 1-2 days in office per week, located at our Nashville, TN office.

What we are looking for:
Amsive is looking for a Part-time Social & Influencer Coordinator who is organized, reliable, and excited to be in the weeds of social media execution. This is a hands-on role supporting our social and influencer programs across a portfolio of clients. You’ll be the person who keeps content moving, reporting accurate, and programs on track. If you love the craft of social, have a sharp eye for detail, and want to grow inside a collaborative and creative team that takes the work seriously, this role is for you.
What you will be doing:
  • Upload and schedule content across platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, X) using Sprout Social or similar tools, ensuring brand accuracy on every post.
  • Build and maintain monthly content calendars, keeping creative, strategy, and client timelines aligned.
  • Support content development, collaborating with copy and design to get posts across the finish line.
  • Pull and compile monthly performance reports, maintaining dashboards and trackers for organic and paid social.
  • Monitor brand accounts for comments, mentions, and DMs; manage community interactions per brand guidelines.
  • Track social conversations and trending topics using listening tools, flagging insights.
  • Research social media trends and industry developments to help inform content and campaign direction.
  • Draft creator briefs, review influencer content for brand and legal compliance, and maintain campaign tracking sheets.
  • Support creator research, outreach, and follow-up communications with talent and agencies.
  • Manage day-to-day tasks in Asana and support client meeting prep, recaps, and status documentation.

Who you are:
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or an agency environment—internships count.
  • Familiar with Sprout Social and Asana, or genuinely open to learning them quickly.
  • A strong writer with good instincts for brand voice and audience, you know what sounds right.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; you catch mistakes before they go live.
  • Reliable and self-directed; you follow through, flag issues early, and don’t need to be chased.
  • Curious about social trends, culture, and what makes content perform; you’re plugged in and paying attention.
  • Comfortable working across multiple accounts and shifting priorities in a fast-paced agency setting.
  • Someone who does the right thing, building trust with clients and teammates is non-negotiable for you.
  • Interest in or exposure to industries like insurance, healthcare, technology, finance, or CPG is a plus.

Additional Information
  • Hourly salary starting at $25.00/hr, based on skills and experience
  • Part-time Contract position, looking for someone to work minimum of 15 hours per week
