Job description

As Graphic Designer for North Point Hospitality, you’ll support creative needs across our corporate office and hotel portfolio, working closely with our Marketing team, hotel leaders, Sales teams, Food & Beverage teams, and executive leadership.

You’ll be responsible for creating compelling, brand-right materials that help us sell rooms, book meetings and events, promote restaurants and experiences, recruit great people, and strengthen the North Point Hospitality brand.

What you'll do (mostly this...other duties may be assigned):
  • Typography, layout, color, photography, and visual storytelling
  • Work within established brand standards while still finding ways to make the work fresh
  • Manage multiple projects, properties, brands, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Learn about emerging design trends, tools, and AI-powered creative technology
  • Design in all manner of print and digital formats to support business needs including posters/flyers, reports, signage, social media, HR/recruiting and email
  • Capture relevant and timely content on property and in market for social media content
  • Coordinate marketing support of all hotel teams and departments
  • Collaborate on design projects with teammates and other business partners
  • Able to work independently to solve problems, while also working with a team for collaboration
What we're looking for:
  • College degree in graphic design, communications, marketing or related preferred
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills through professional, freelance, internship, or academic work.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with excellent command of grammar and punctuation
  • Understands that sometimes great creative also needs to happen quickly
  • Can work independently while collaborating with a wide range of personalities and departments
  • Knowledge and proven track record in graphic design
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook and Power Point
