Reports To: Casing Operations Supervisor and District Manager


Scope of Work

Supervise the duties and responsibilities of both field and shop personnel through coordination of equipment and employees.


Duties & Responsibilities: These are not listed in relation to their priority or importance.

  • Oversee and implement NCI’s Mentor program
  • Efficiently organize and manage crews in all Casing Divisions
  • Schedule jobs then stage and function test all equipment before completing job paperwork
  • Manage employees concerns
  • Actively search for areas to improve in and convey these ideas to upper management in order to establish a plan of implementation
  • Directly responsible for all field and shop personnel within division in specific region
  • Must be available 24 hours to answer customer and supervisors concerns
  • Determine need for equipment and maintain inventory of supplies and sale inventory
  • Must be punctual and submit all reports in a timely fashion
  • Must be committed to carrying out all tasks and job assignments to the highest quality
  • Know and understand all of NCI’s company policies and job duties of all supervisors
  • Maintain stringent Safety and Quality practices
  • Must understand and comply with all safety rules and Noble Company Policies
  • Work closely with HR to recruit, hire, evaluate employee performance, train staff, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers and also disciplinary action
  • Perform various other duties and activities as deemed necessary by supervisors within safe and efficient constraints of the job


Requirements:

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Minimum of 5 years of oilfield experience
  • Must be proficient with written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership and quality skills
  • Understands importance of leading by example
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Continually strive to become more knowledgeable with NCI’s products and services
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Computer knowledge
  • Can work closely with fellow employees
  • Continually works to grow company through actively motivating supervisors and employees


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Complete all Noble and industry specific training
  • 5 years of industry and management experience
  • CDL Preferred (not required)

Special Requirements

  • Must possess the ability to handle high priority projects safely and efficiently

Driver Criteria:

Requiring Driver Exclusions:

  • One or more Type A Violation(s) in a 60 month period
  • Two or more Type B Violation(s) in a 36 month period
  • Three or more Type C Violation(s) in a 36 month period
  • One Type B and two Type C Violations in a 36 month period


Type of Violations Defined:

  • Type A: Includes but not limited to, DWI, DUI, OUI, refusing a substance test and charges of reckless driving, manslaughter, hit & run, eluding police, any felony, drag racing, having or driving with a suspended license.
  • Type B: Includes all vehicle accidents regardless of fault.
  • Type C: Includes all moving violations not in Types A or B such as; speeding, improper lane change, failure to yield, running stop lights or signs.
  • Type D: Included non-moving violations such as illegal parking, equipment violations, obstructing traffic, failure to display registration or driver’s license.
