FASTSIGNS® of Mooresville is hiring a part-time Center Helper to join our fast-paced visual communications team You will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring our production floor stays organized and our high-quality signs get delivered to clients on time.
Position Overview
  • Job Title: Center Helper / Production Assistant
  • Position Type: Part-time
  • Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on experience
  • Reports To: Center Manager / Franchise Owner

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the Floor: Keep the production area clean, organized, and safe.
  • Support Production: Assist sign makers with weeding vinyl, masking, and prepping substrates.
  • Manage Inventory: Receive material shipments, unpack boxes, and stock shelves.
  • Run Deliveries: Transport finished signs and graphics safely to local client sites.
  • Assist Installations: Help the installation team on-site with basic lifting and tool handling.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Driver's License: Valid license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong eye for neatness and ability to follow precise instructions.
  • Team Player: Positive attitude with a willingness to learn the sign-making trade.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
