Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Fremont seeking Six Sigma Black Belts who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute complex Six Sigma Black Belt projects from inception to completion, delivering significant cost savings and process improvements.
  • Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and project management.
  • Utilize advanced statistical analysis to identify root causes of defects and variation, and develop sustainable solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and ensure successful adoption of new methods.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on Six Sigma principles and tools to build organizational capability.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement through the application of Six Sigma and Lean principles across manufacturing operations.
  • Report project progress, results, and financial impact to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) with demonstrated project leadership.
  • Minimum 5 years experience applying Black Belt methodologies in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and advanced Excel.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor Green Belts.
  • Track record of delivering significant, measurable financial and operational improvements.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and lean principles.

Bonus Qualifications
