Mindgruve is seeking an exceptional Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead the company's next phase of growth and establish Mindgruve as The Revenue Growth Engine for Brands. Mindgruve unifies media, social, commerce, creative, and data science to deliver predictable, scalable revenue growth for the world's most ambitious brands and retailers.
At the center of our model is Sightline, Mindgruve's predictive marketing and business intelligence platform. Powered by Sightline, our full-funnel marketing OS transforms data intelligence into performance, and performance into sustained revenue and profitability. The CRO will be responsible for turning this differentiated combination of technology, intelligence, and integrated marketing capabilities into a powerful and scalable commercial engine. Working closely with the CEO and executive leadership team, this leader will own Mindgruve's revenue strategy across new business, organic client growth, Sightline, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market execution.
This is not a traditional agency new-business role. We are looking for a commercial leader who can sell business outcomes, technology, intelligence, and integrated marketing solutions, and help Mindgruve build new sources of scalable, recurring revenue around its proprietary platform and capabilities.
What You'll Do Here:
Revenue Strategy

• Develop and lead Mindgruve's enterprise revenue strategy in partnership with the CEO and executive leadership team.
• Translate Mindgruve's Revenue Growth Engine positioning into a clear and compelling commercial strategy.
• Establish target markets, priority categories, ideal client profiles, revenue goals, and go-to-market priorities.
• Build a diversified growth engine spanning new clients, existing-client expansion, Sightline adoption and revenue, strategic partnerships, and new commercial offerings.
• Identify opportunities to increase recurring and scalable revenue alongside Mindgruve's services businesses.
• Create greater predictability around pipeline, bookings, revenue, and long-term growth.
• Ensure revenue growth contributes to healthy margins, stronger client relationships, and long-term enterprise value.

Drive Sightline Growth
A critical part of the CRO's mandate will be helping turn Sightline into a significant commercial growth driver for Mindgruve.

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Sightline, Mindgruve's predictive marketing and business intelligence platform.
• Establish Sightline as a differentiated component of the Mindgruve Revenue Growth Engine and a reason clients choose Mindgruve over traditional agency alternatives.
• Work with product, data science, media, commerce, and client leadership to translate Sightline's capabilities into compelling client solutions and measurable business outcomes.
• Incorporate Sightline into new-business pitches, strategic proposals, and executive-level client conversations.
• Drive adoption of Sightline across existing Mindgruve clients, using the platform to deepen relationships and expand the scope and value of client engagements.
• Identify opportunities to sell Sightline into organizations beyond Mindgruve's traditional agency relationships.
• Help develop the packaging, positioning, pricing, and commercial model for Sightline, including opportunities for recurring platform, subscription, licensing, or technology-enabled services revenue.
• Build the commercial narrative connecting predictive intelligence to better marketing decisions, stronger performance, revenue growth, and profitability.
• Develop strategic partnerships and distribution opportunities that can expand Sightline's market reach.
• Bring market and client feedback into the product roadmap so Sightline continues to solve high-value business problems.
• Establish clear Sightline revenue, adoption, retention, expansion, and pipeline goals.

Commercialize the Revenue Growth Engine

• Establish Mindgruve as the partner brands and retailers turn to when they need marketing to drive measurable revenue growth.
• Articulate how Mindgruve connects media, social, commerce, creative, data science, and Sightline into a unified marketing operating system.
• Demonstrate how Sightline transforms fragmented marketing and business data into intelligence that informs decisions across the full customer journey.
• Translate complex marketing and technology capabilities into clear business outcomes for CEOs, CMOs, Chief Digital Officers, Chief Growth Officers, ecommerce leaders, and other senior executives.
• Develop commercial solutions around customer acquisition, demand creation, conversion, commerce growth, customer lifetime value, marketing effectiveness, profitability, and revenue growth.
• Ensure Mindgruve leads conversations with client business problems and growth opportunities rather than individual agency services.
• Work with practice and product leaders to package capabilities into differentiated, scalable solutions that clients can easily understand and buy.

New Business

• Own the end-to-end new-business function, from opportunity creation and qualification through pitch, negotiation, and close.
• Personally develop relationships with senior decision-makers at ambitious brands and retailers.
• Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline aligned with Mindgruve's ideal client profile and strategic growth priorities.
• Create opportunities proactively rather than depending primarily on inbound RFPs.
• Lead major strategic pursuits and bring together the right combination of Sightline, media, social, commerce, creative, technology, and data science.
• Use Sightline and Mindgruve's proprietary intelligence as a strategic differentiator in competitive pitches.
• Elevate Mindgruve's new-business storytelling, credentials, case studies, proposals, and pitch experiences around the Revenue Growth Engine.
• Establish rigorous criteria for which opportunities Mindgruve pursues and where the company can create meaningful competitive differentiation.
• Drive improvements in pipeline quality, conversion, sales velocity, win rate, and revenue contribution.

Organic Client Growth

• Partner with client leadership to develop systematic growth plans for Mindgruve's most important client relationships.
• Build executive relationships across senior marketing, digital, ecommerce, finance, and business leadership.
• Identify opportunities to expand clients from individual services into the broader Mindgruve Revenue Growth Engine.
• Make Sightline adoption and expansion a core component of strategic account planning where it can create meaningful client value.
• Use insights generated through Sightline to identify additional client growth opportunities across media, social, commerce, creative, and data science.
• Help transform project-based relationships into deeper, longer-term, technology-enabled strategic partnerships.
• Establish clear organic growth goals and accountability across priority accounts.
• Personally participate in executive-level client conversations where Mindgruve can unlock additional value and growth.

Market Positioning & Go-to-Market

• Position Sightline as the intelligence layer powering Mindgruve's differentiated approach to full-funnel growth.
• Create a compelling narrative around why an integrated, intelligence-powered marketing operating system can outperform fragmented agency models.
• Build awareness of Mindgruve and Sightline among senior decision-makers at leading brands and retailers.
• Partner with Marketing to strengthen thought leadership, reputation, demand generation, events, executive visibility, and market influence.
• Identify emerging categories, client challenges, technologies, and market shifts that can become new growth opportunities.
• Develop strategic alliances and partnerships that expand the reach of both Mindgruve and Sightline.
• Continuously evolve the commercial proposition as AI, predictive intelligence, technology, media, commerce, consumer behavior, and data reshape modern marketing.

Revenue Operations & Commercial Discipline

• Establish a rigorous revenue operating system across pipeline management, qualification, forecasting, reporting, and accountability.
• Create visibility into revenue and pipeline across agency services, organic growth, Sightline, and other recurring or technology-enabled offerings.
• Partner with Finance to produce accurate bookings and revenue forecasts.
• Establish measurable KPIs for new business, organic growth, Sightline adoption and revenue, win rates, pipeline coverage, and sales productivity.
• Introduce consistent commercial processes and operating rhythms across the organization.
• Participate in pricing, scopes, commercial structures, and negotiations for significant opportunities.
• Develop commercial models that increasingly align Mindgruve's economics with the measurable business value it creates for clients.

Build a Growth Culture

• Build, develop, and lead an exceptional growth organization.
• Establish clear accountability across business development, marketing, partnerships, Sightline commercialization, and client growth.
• Create repeatable processes, tools, playbooks, and systems that make revenue generation scalable.
• Develop the commercial capabilities of senior leaders throughout Mindgruve.
• Create a culture where identifying growth opportunities is a responsibility shared across the organization.
• Ensure Mindgruve competes with urgency, confidence, collaboration, and discipline.

We Need a Person With:

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in advertising, media, digital, commerce, consulting, marketing technology, SaaS, data, or marketing services, with substantial responsibility for revenue growth.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Significant senior-level experience at a major agency holding company, large independent agency, consultancy, marketing technology company, commerce organization, or sophisticated integrated marketing business.
• A demonstrated track record of winning and growing significant enterprise client relationships.
• Proven success selling integrated marketing, technology, data, analytics, or intelligence solutions, not simply individual agency disciplines.
• Experience commercializing a proprietary technology, SaaS, analytics, data, AI, or business intelligence platform is highly desirable.
• Ability to sell a platform both as part of a broader strategic relationship and, where appropriate, as a distinct commercial solution.
• Experience building recurring or technology-enabled revenue streams is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of media, social, commerce, creative, data, analytics, technology, predictive intelligence, and AI and how these capabilities work together.
• Deep knowledge of how brands and retailers build demand, acquire customers, convert consumers, grow lifetime value, and measure marketing effectiveness.
• Experience personally leading complex, competitive pursuits with sophisticated enterprise clients.
• Strong relationships and a meaningful network among senior marketers, digital leaders, ecommerce executives, growth leaders, and other business decision-makers.
• Demonstrated ability to originate opportunities rather than relying primarily on traditional agency RFP processes.
• Experience driving both net-new acquisition and organic account growth.
• Commercial sophistication around pricing, scopes, margins, recurring revenue models, procurement, negotiations, and agency economics.
• Experience building high-performing growth teams and scalable revenue processes.
• Exceptional executive presence, storytelling ability, business acumen, judgment, and negotiation skills.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
