Position Summary

Lead daily field operations for commercial construction projects from mobilization through closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, ensure quality and safety, and deliver projects on time and on budget while representing Sightline professionally.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily jobsite operations and subcontractors.

• Maintain project schedules and coordinate inspections.

• Ensure quality, safety, and code compliance.

• Review plans and resolve field issues proactively.

• Document daily progress and communicate with the Project Manager.

• Lead subcontractor meetings and maintain strong owner relationships.

• Deliver projects with exceptional workmanship and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial superintendent experience.

• Ability to read construction drawings and manage commercial projects.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• OSHA/safety knowledge and valid driver's license.
