This position is fully remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements while maintaining a clear focus on providing high-quality mental health services to students across various school settings in Mesa, Arizona, and surrounding areas. Leveraging state-of-the-art telehealth platforms, you will connect with clients in a comfortable environment, facilitating accessibility and convenience in mental health care delivery.

• Conduct virtual mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations, utilizing evidence-based tools and practices to determine clients' needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, establishing clear, achievable goals based on the assessment results.
• Provide ongoing therapeutic support in a remote capacity, employing various modalities to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges.
• Document client progress meticulously, maintaining high standards of confidentiality and compliance with ethical guidelines.
• Utilize telehealth technologies to communicate effectively with students and their families, offering support and resources that promote mental health literacy.
• Engage in regular training and continuing education to stay updated on best practices, emerging trends, and new methodologies in mental health care.

You will work with a diverse client population, primarily composed of children and adolescents facing a variety of challenges, including but not limited to issues of neglect, child abuse, domestic violence, parental substance abuse, and mental health disorders. Your ability to connect empathetically and effectively with these vulnerable populations will be crucial in facilitating trust and promoting positive mental health outcomes.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona is mandatory.
• Demonstrable proficiency in using telehealth platforms for effective client engagement and management.
• Solid understanding of mental health principles and best practices in clinical settings.

• Previous experience providing telehealth services, particularly in a school or community setting, is highly advantageous.
• Experience working with children and adolescents affected by trauma, family dynamics, and behavioral issues is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients who may be hesitant or resistant to seeking help.
