• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.
• Conduct thorough psychological assessments and evaluations to inform treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through group, family, couple, and individual sessions, ensuring adaptability to client-specific challenges.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, documenting all interactions and treatment outcomes.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and seminars to stay abreast of new research and innovations in mental health.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Mind Sight, you will work primarily with clients from diverse backgrounds who often face barriers in accessing mental health support. Your role will address various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse, focusing on delivering compassionate care to foster recovery and growth among individuals and families.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted LPC license in Pennsylvania is necessary for this role.
• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, preferably in a clinical setting, is mandatory.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma recovery, or substance use treatment is highly preferred.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to mental health practices.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Experience working collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and related technologies to track patient progress and document care.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, dependent on experience and caseload availability.
